Weston Lake.

Weston Lake is a small carp lake situated at Peakirk near Peterborough. A day ticket costs £5 and £3 for accompanied children. Me and my son had a fun day at this venue where he caught his first carp (a 3 - 4oz monster). After a few hours on a real windy day it was obvious the big fish weren't biting so we switched tackle and went minnow bashing. We had lots of baby carp, some decent roach and the biggest daddy rough I've ever seen. With an on site tackle shop this is a nice venue and we are assured a home to some big carp. We will try this venue again and give you an update.
